Quick question about Quicktime player: Help needed.

Hi all!

Anytime I am at a site that has a quicktime movie posted all I can see is a big square aith a large "Q" and a "?" in the middle. And the movie never plays. It says "click here to use this control" and then nothing happens.

Can anyone tell me whats wrong and how I can get this to work.
I have the latest version of the player installed, but it just doesn't allow me to use it when there is a movie posted.

Any help would be appreciated.
