Well from that article the prossecuters should have done a better job than just go after JC on what the Alfa Romea guys said....
Maybe some green dickhead who wanted to get something on JC because of who he is....
Um, no. Alfa Romeo should have done a better job doing the paperwork to name Clarkson as the driver.

^Well, he'd have his say in court. Or rather, the CPS would have to prove that he was the driver beyond reasonable doubt by eliminating everyone else.
