Default Lingenfelter Akrapovic C6 Corvette ZO6 ZR1 Exhaust

I'm really happy to see that several companies are putting together quality production videos debuting their projects.

Here's one by Lingenfelter debuting their new "Akrapovic" C6 exhaust. No racing, just some aggressive street driving.

Just for the record, Akrapovic are their own company. Lingenfelter didn't manufacture the exhaust.

FYI, LPE don't manufacture any exhaust cat-back as far as I'm aware.

They do have their own grinds, ability to blue-print an engine, and test religiously to back their warranty with real world results... they have multiple dynos, and will ... ahem... engineer a solution for individual clients.

Well yes, but I wasn't trying to go into all of that detail. Ha!

And just for the record, Akrapovic are no more than a "name" these days - back in my motorcycle days the Akro exhausts where the dogs bollocks at a price, these days they are just another option but still have the "price".

Having gone through more header/midpipe/muffler combos on the C5 than most small countries have TV stations I realized after you do you engine mods and pick a performance exhaust setup, they are all the same

way off topic, but I keep meaning to ask what general area of Indiana you moved to. I was there about a month ago, and saw a building with Chuck Norris on it LOL

... even if the building owners won't admit to it being our favorite Texas Ranger

I had Akrapovic on a couple of my bikes. I really loved the way they sounded on my R1. The gains were negligible, since I had so much other stuff done.

I was also one of the few that could pronounce the name properly. Ha!

I live in Brownsburg, just west of Indianapolis. That building is about 2 hours from me. What in the world were you doing down here?

I don't plan on being here too much longer, and will be moving back to CA before the middle of next year. Sadly, will have to try and sell the house too.

Ditto to that! I'm about an hour South-West of Indy these days. Should be back in Detroit for NAIAS though.

That reminds me, last spring, I visited a massive Ferrari collection about 6 blocks from IMS. Some cars went through a garage roof cave-in, and most of them were truly immaculate.

I think Minacious is leaving Indy very soon; but I'll be around Metro Detroit for some time yet. Hope all is well on your side, Zach!
