Shaft,
I recognised the location because I always take that road on my 50 miles bicycle Tour de "Voorne Putten" 
Guess you are also a regular Gummen dot Org visitor as they have an active Beemer M3 community, o.a with Rutger de Boer and Albèrt Priem (winner of the 2003 Dutch Supercar Challenge, Sport category)

Thanks i toped it ones (actually more than ones) at 280kmph that's about 175mph.
And the exterior is mostly stock m3, besides the rear spoiler its from a m3ct.
the lowering is done by ac snitzer
