oh and does anyone have any idea, y sometimes Mclaren team will paint their driver's name on the car and sometimes they paint it back to WEST? they do that for a reason or ?

I'm just saying record the stuff while you're at work. It's better than missing it.

Answer for Drive4Ever
It has to do with the cigarette advertising laws. Most of Europe and the US have laws that prohibit cigarette adverts on cars. So the teams will put different stickers on the car, that resemble the cigarette logo, but not too close to the original or that would be illegal. IMO, Jordan was the best at this when they had the Benson & Hedges sponsorship.

I can't speak specifically for Europe, but in the US, the cigarette companies are allowed to sponser one, and only one form (or series) of motorsport. For example, during this weekends USGP, the Ferraris' will be running without the Marlboro stickers on the cars because Marlboro already sponsers the Penske IRL team here in the states. I'm not sure if West (McLaren) is owned by a US tobacco company. If it is, you will see "David" and "Mika" on the sidepods.

A side note... this is one of the main reasons that Penske left CART for the IRL. When he (Penske) was running CART and then did the Indy 500 as a one-off race, and won it!!....Marlboro didn't have their name on the car. That really pissed them off. They paid for the win, but did get their name in all the press for winning the 500. I'm pretty sure they said to Penske, to switch series or lose their sponsorship dollars.
