Exactly; the last renault turbo era was when renault had the whole range consisted on the turbo engines as the top of the range such as the renault 5, renault 9/11, renault 21, renault 25, and the renault alpine; after that we have never had any renault turbo model unless if we consider just two models; the renault safrane biturbo, and the megane rs; btw dani, didnt you come to the basque country on holidays, or you are keeping the eye on JW by using a portable pc?

the problem was that a good friend of mine (who is a mechanic and already owns 4 e30) had no time the previous week and the car was over 4 driving hours away

maybe I will visit a silver 318is this week
Sorry, I wasn't blaming you, I just want you to get your car

Hope the 318i is in a good shape and a good price!

I dont have power steering eather and ABS dont work
e30 without rust probably dont exist only if it was garaged and not driven in winter, you will find some rust under the carpets 99%

IIRC the 318is has a 16-valve I4.

yep 318is(sport?) have 16valves and 136PS so its more powerful than 2l but a smaller insurance rate its always a fight in discussions about e30 wich is better 318is or 325 i'd go for 325

In E30 form, in the US, the 318iS is definitely more desirable than the 325is.
