MY04 Subaru WRX (Opinions needed....)
Well here is my "new" baby....a Red MY04 Subaru WRX.
It has only 16,000kms (10,000 miles) on the clock, so its basically brand new but with a lower price tag.
I bought it last week and picked it up this evening, so only some pics in the dark for now. I will do a proper shoot with the car at some stage.
I have covered 20km so far, and enjoyed every second of it! Once you get this thing above about 3000rpm it just takes off  , obviously not as fast as some of the cars I've been in but for everyday use its enough for me.
Its been a few years since I drove a manual car, so need to get used to it all again - shouldn't take long though.
Start off with the custom shot:
Here are a few pics.....had a problem with linking the high-res from my site so these will have to do. :bah:

Thanks for the comments.
I picked red for exactly the reason mentioned - its RARE! I would also have liked a black one, but they are really hard to find and then keep in good condition.
BTW, the wheels look gold in those pics - but they aren't.

Its going in for a window tint next week (part of the purchase), and then I will lower it at some stage.
Wheels and performance mods will have to wait a bit.....need more $$$.

Nice ride Dingo, Glad to see its what you expected. As long as it puts a smile on your face everytime you hit that right foot. 8)
Also, if your after wheels/suspension, give us a buzz on MSN, ive been doing heaps of research for my baby, we share the same PCD, but different offset, but found heaps of quality stuff at very cheap prices.

Contrats dingo. 8) Love the colour too.
By the way, what happened to the Elise? Or what didn't happen, in this case.

Nice car.... i love the colour.
Not too fast, but i suppose tha there is massive potential for upgrades on brakes, suspension etc... when you are ready for them
Can you get the PPP - Prodrive performance pack - down under? That might be a possible upgrade 8)
Seems this model - the "old" WRX is going cheap over here. Searching our car supermarkets, you can get one brand new, del. miles for £5k off list price so it works out ~ £16k
Have fun, and i look forward to more pics
