Yes, it's a bunch of animated gifs.

I have Paint Shop Pro for animating gif files. It comes with Animation Shop (at least it does with the old version PSP that I have).

It's pretty easy to do IMO.

When is the deadline for this project? I can make a 3d animation if you have better images for me to work off of than the ones from that web animation.

Yeah it seems that you've got a few options. 1) do it yourself - but how much are you going to get paid to make it? And how quickly can you make it? If you're getting paid only a few hundred for a project that could potentially take half a day because you have to learn the software you're probably best off seeking the following options:

2) go to the nearest art college and pay some kid studying animation a fair share of the money you're getting paid to produce it and call it a "joint effort" Probably around $50 USD - and they'll work quickly!

3) hire a professional to make it, though he's going to want a much higher fee to make it - possibly more than you'd be getting to make it.

4) get someone on JW to make it for you - but not me because I don't know how to do 3D

I'd do it for free, since Phobo is a JW alum. I would just need to know the deadline for the project. A 3D animation like that would be easy as hell for me to do (it used to be my career), as long as I have the proper images to go off of.

It is not at all a problem. I am here for my JW family. Besides, I am currently unemployed and have some free time to give.

Yes, I would need Hi-Res shots and a description of what exactly you want the animation to show and do. I will start with that.

Interesting, although it must be a Euro thing to heat the water when the sun is out, and let it cool down when its cloudy..

I would have hoped for the opposite
