45 cars.

That's 45 x $40 average cost = $1800.00

Thanks for making me realise I pissed away my 3.15 rear axle and cunnards and rear wing budget on slot-cars.

Farging hell - the next time I hit the rev limiter in 5th gear at 173mph I will remember how I am not able to run on to 200mph because I have some cool slot cars at home.. hehehe

Now isnt there a thread somewhere on JW with pics of your racing track set-up, or was that a train set set-up?

I think some of the slot cars are faster than your Z though if you scale correct it

SO money used well perhaps

lol, still you didnt buy them all in one day, so technically you couldnt have spent the money in your axle...
but what about inlfation ?? that could make the money uve spent a little bit more, hehehehe
