you are right mihai, and NO, mexico is not part of central "latin" america, is in the northern part of america, then comes Guatemala wich is the place i live, here is where central america starts, then continues until costa rica, the rest is south america.
and i dont think that monterey is the central economy in latin america, they are a really really strong factor but brazil has more industry and is a bigger factor in economy
