Mozilla Firefox 3.0 release

Mozilla 3.0 was released today.

..and it's pretty neat! Apparently makes browsing faster, has an improved interface and generally just.. better!

Oh, and once you've downloaded it and using, type " about:robots " into the address bar.

Edit: I was linked to this, explaining a lot of the cool features in the pre-release. 7.2x faster than IE7 , and 2.7x faster than Firefox 2. I've noticed a big speed jump, and less system intensive. Nice!

Read through all of the features explained at lifehacker.com, that's really impressive, especially the performance gains! Just about everything i wish they would improve was improved. Kudos to the development team.

Yeah I just updated too. Overall it feels slightly faster than FF2. I think it is about the same as Safari. I do like the new UI and fresher feel of everything too.

was using the latest rc version, and downloaded the final one when got the mail from the firefox pledge site.. FF better then ever.
