Bah Hum Bug!
Although the new Christmas motif is cool...when that homepage jingle starts up, while I'm at work, I'm terribly exposed to the fact that I'm not working.
I checked in the profile, but didn't see anything. Is there a way I can toggle the sound off, or do I have to just have to shut down all sound on my computer before visiting JW?
Thanks.

Sadly the only solutions are
- turning off the speakers or PC volume
- bookmarking the forum index page so you can access JW w/o using the portal
- stay away from JW untill after Xmas
it would have taken too much time to also feature a way for users to toggle it on or off

in IE go to tools/internet options/advanced/ and untick the 'play sounds in web pages option'

you'll regret doing that in a few days you'll grow tired if the tune and/or be discovered you're not working
