That is a shame TT, and quite a bad attitude from the owner, but i admire your respect for his wishes and i think you are goin the right way about things. You never get anywhere by pissing people off, and you never know he too might admire your attitude after this obvious misunderstanding, maybee that custom shoot would be on the cards! For his personal use tho i'd guess!

I agree with what Jabba said somewhere that there maybe some alterior motive why he doesn't want the pics shown but still it does seem a little of an overeaction since you blanked out the plates. Hes probably bought them so that he can park it outside a casino in monaco and let it sit their for days on days, and then hell come down and when he lives hell be mobbed with people. Hey all,
That sucks but at the end of the day it is the rich wankers right to veto.
Took some footage of the new EVO 8 at the local Mitsubishi dealer the other day. The boss/staff loved it(gave them a free copy for distribution to cust/demo) and let me do whatever I wanted except start it!( in the showroom. Got to sit in it check out the undercarriage/engine, which for an Japanese/genaral car freak like me was super cool!).
Asked before started shooting, and after edited it gave them the power to veto/ suggest changes that they would like.
And get this, they offered me a ride in it! I drove past today and it is out the front and registered! Going in to hit them up tommorow!
They have got it for a couple of months for evaluation purposes(just on sale here in OZ, think all 100 are sold ) so I had better be quick!
Oh, and on the same day went to the local merc dealer and they had a SL55 AMG in the showroom. They are an amazing car to witness in person, got permission to shoot it (plus 2003 STI) and the bloke started it up to show me the roof in action and gave it a blip!
It was second hand, 1700kms on the clock, $340000 Australian Peso.
Get this, it is owned by the same guy who bought the EVO, and it is rarely if ever seen on the road
What a waste, makes me sick!
Sorry for the long post, just wanted to say that not all rich people are primadonnas and You were the inspiration for my adventure!

I love the SL55, I've only seen 4 or 5 around here since I've started taking pictures...only got one on camera though.

As I was saying in another topic, the fact they never came back with another email is quite an answer I guess...

I will be there to take some pics of a red 360CS, so let's see if at least I can still enter and use my camera, but for the testdrive, I think it's dead
