I really like the look and package of the Boss mustang. I will be really tempted to get it next year, because when the 400hp camaro comes out, unless GM invest in some major weight savings, the Boss is going to destroy it. So theoretically at a probable price of around 30-32K MSRP, the Boss will have no competition.

I suppose it rather depends on the definition of "best". Cost-no-object I'd say that an LS7-equipped Camaro will probably be the best performance car, but on a cost-performance basis, I'd have to go with the GT500. Looks, probably the Boss or possibly the Challenger, as they most faithfully recreate the classics.

I went with the cost-no-object perspective though.

What MRSP do you think the LS7 equiped camaro will put up. Im guessing around the same as the GT500. The only deal breaker is that Ford put out a good amount of energy making the GT500 a decent handler. Sure Chevy put time into the Vette with testing on the ring, but I am curious to see how the camaro's "capabilites" comapare to the GT500.

Mustang's are yawners. They are too cutesy and cuddly. I want my muscle car to look like it will beat the crap out of some fancy shmancy euro car that probably handles better and goes faster.

On that note, one of the only cars that has ever actually scared me as I was driving opposite of it was a '67-'69 Camaro. Unfortunately the windshield on the Camaro Concept is not steep enough and it is a little too curvy in the front.

Thus, the Plymouth 'Cuda, uh...., I mean the Dodge Challenger concept which retains more and better retro styling cues is my choice.
