i just watched the trailer and i think this gives me enough reason to buy the PS3, i have played almost all MGS games, im missing MGS3 but soon ill retake it...

yes i watched it too new enemys (robots ) and fps can make the game different i like the mgs3 it is very good game you cant stop yourself palying.
did you watch mgs comedy video. this video maded by producer f the games and it's teasing whit final fantasy and splinter cell

Looks very impressive, althought snake looks alil odd, kinda looks like the first sketches of sam fisher. But it looks like a great game, and I cant wait to see all new cut scenes on ps3 and soak up some more MGS story line.

cant wait for MGS 4,im a big fan of the series and im playing MGS 3 right now,never finished it as GT4 came out a week after it was released.cant wait for it

^^^^ Trust me that age gap will have a lot of twists when it comes to revealing why Snake aged so much and why Otacon still looks young!! Hideo Kojima can do wonders with the script of a game.. Be ready to get ur head twisted with some amazing Cinematics and Storyline in this Game!!!

I think he's gone with the look of Sean Connery from The Rock! or something. I am sure Raiden from MGS2 will be back. People didnt like him much, but I think by the end of the game he showed why he is the next to best! HE probably is the series's future hero.. Anyway cant wait for E3 2006, then this game will have atleast developed more than 50% for Hideo to show us off little more of what can be done in this game..
AND BY the way, I doubt there'd be FPS view in this. Hideo in one of his early interviews during MGS 1, told he wasnt a big fan of FPS view .. the only reason he incorporated in the game was so people can get precisional shots (to head, on some switch / etc) but no moviing CAM FPS.. In this trailer it is just shown to spoof KillZone which stole all the show in E3 2k5.. (Genius)..
