You can win that with just about anything really (so long as you're not restricted from using it of course). I find the GT exceedingly hard to control once it breaks traction at the rear, so I've been avoiding its use in highly-modified states of tune...but you can win that championship without modifying it much at all. The SLR will also suffice as will the S7 (though it handles like a pig) and the VW W12 (which handles pretty sweetly). My favorite though is the Honda NSX LeMans Prototype. It revs to about 10,000rpm and is quite quick enough to beat anything that the AI might throw at you...completely stock.
