Default Coolest toy ever?

I think it fits here as it is a scale model.

"Built out of kevlar and carbon fiber, this miniature figher jet can reach speeds upwards of 280 M.P.H. The models use small jet turbines, functionally identical to those used in actual full-sized jets to achieve remarkable speeds and flying precision."

Juhuu, Top Gun for home use It's really impressive what the can do with those models. I saw a few last year at an airshow in action, absolutely great. and also impressive with what high level qualitiy and realistic they are build. those guys spend hundreds or thousands of hours to build those models.... i spoke with a guy who build an F-16, it took him over 2500 hours to build it...

Thx for the link LotusGT1

hmm...they may not do as much damage, but if the US built a bunch of these things, do you think we could use them for some presicion kamikaze style missions in Iraq? Who knows, we might even get them to waste a bunch of amo trying to shoot them all down

Holy shit that thing is amazing!...must be quite an expensive toy as well. I have an uncle who collects RC planes, but nothing like this. Those things are fucking hard to fly, I wouldn´t even think of trying to land one...

thats a wonderful machine! I remember I had a big model like those but not RC controled. I loved planes before I loved cars. Cars are more accessible IMO lol.
