All cars belong to one owner. He has a collection of over 30 Ferrari's and several other supercars like a Veyron (I already heard he has two). The man owns 2 Enzo's and the 3rd one is comming to Holland soon (red, yellow and black).

^ Yep, all of them lost their license, but got it back in five days after being fined for speeding. How much they had to pay was not mentioned.
