Default spyware help needed

This may sound stupid, but I accidentally click a stupid exe file that I shouldn't........

So here I am, computer infected by spyware.....Already bootup safe mode and clean up all, but one. There is this Popup CONGRADULATIONS on a timer. (If u have ur IE open for more than 5 minutes and u enter a new address, a popup comes out)....any idea which DLL is responsible for this behavior? Desperate help needed.

I use spybot (free) and Ad Aware Pro (need to buy, but you cand get a "trial" of it)

Make sure you disable system restore before you clean your computer. Sometimes, they hide there and get re installed!

^ad aware makes a free version too which is pretty good. www.download.com should have a link to it.

bittorents are safe, but the files you get from them are sometimes not
