If anyone out there has some info regarding minor engine modifications to extract more power out of the 210bhp S3 I'd appreciate some advice any feed back.

very easy - with a chip you'll easy reach 250-260 hp. change pop-off, replace exhaust system and thats it. but you better contact a tuner near you or check their website's for further information.

Yeah on turbo cars ships are definatly the way forward. Massive increases compared to N/A cars. Coupled with an exhaust and induction kit could get 50bhp extra probably.

I think everso gave you what you need to know. And he has the experience! Go for it!

And when you have a little time, you can post pictures of your S3 with a custom shot. (see what I'm talking about in the "What do you drive or ride" section)

And Welcome!

Bah 50 HP, get a front mount intercooler, twin scroll turbo, pod filter exhaust, then remap the ECU, towards increse of 150HP. Increase the track with of the tires 225+, better rotors and brakes, stiffen the suspention, brace and sway bars.

Now the S3 will be a real weapon.

However you have to see how much the S3 drivetrain can handle.

I'm just telling you that if you don't get an exhaust(2.5"), pretty much any modification to your engine will be useless.
