Default My 1985 BMW 535i *UPDATED PICS*

Hi guys. I havent been here in a while and things have changed. I needed an everyday car, so I had to sell the vette (sadly). But, its all for the better because I can have the same performance in a fourdoor sedan that doesn't rattle eventually. I have already bought a turbo head and turbo setup from a 745i. With 12 psi it should make 375 horsepower and over 400 ft/lbs on my motor. It is arriving in the middle of september, so it should be arriving soon. I have also bought a set of BBS rims and tires for my car which are also being shipped. Since I bought the car two weeks ago, I've installed a bigger front sway bar, eibach lowering springs with bilstien sport shocks, cross drilled front rotors, all new ball bearings, aluminum lower contol arms, a new steering wheel (new old stock), and a new ecu with chip. Pictured with the 5 series is my dads 1982 335i (engine swap) and in the background on jackstands is a 1977 557 (corvette LS1 motor). The hood is raised in one of the shots because the arm that pops the hood is broken, so we kinda want to just keep the hood open for now. And the headlight is out because im making a ram air intake for it. Oh, and tell me if the custom shot isn't custom enough for the registry. Thanks guys. Updated pics coming soon with wheels and probably action shots.

Thanks guys! How do I resize the pics? oh and thanks for making them links too, didn't want to burden any of those 56k users Yeah, we have to get those ugly US spec bumpers, but I'm also planning on doing the M5 conversion where it will bring the bumper back to were the black molding begins. My dad made his bumpers from the original valence under the stock bumper. He filled in all the holes and smoothed it out, primered it and stuck it on there.

The easiest way is to upload on imageshack.us wich gives you thumbs and the code to post automatically...
Or else you will need photoshop or similar to resize them.

I love that period 5 series and 3 series BMW.....the 5 series with this long bumper(quite longer than the european BMW) is due to the american legislation.......anyway both cars look great(IMO i prefer the 3 series looks) i remember that during this period there were some amazing cars such as the 535i, the M5(exactly the same engine as the M1...286bhp), as well as the 323i(about 160 bhp) and even more difficult to drive tha the BMW E-30 M3 on the limit

The new wheels are the BBS ones you see. I originally had the 15 inch stockers on there in the old pictures, but I took thos pics down. BTW my new custom shot is me holding the turbo that is going in .
