Default Some bad new for ALMS fans.

After this season, Team Olive Green will be out of the ALMS, which sucks royally. They were one of my favorite teams. Sad to see them go. There isn't any word on whether or not Team Rafanelli will continue in the ALMS with new sponsers. I for one hope so.

While that sucks, there is still more bad news. This one isn't a certainty though. Hopefully, it doesn't actually happen.
The Prodrive team could confine itself to the new LMES series next year, which could mean Prodrive would be saying bye bye to the ALMS.

Just when the competition is starting to get really good, this crap happens.
I hope Prodrive will continue in the ALMS along with Team Rafanelli. I was looking towards the battle of the Ferrari's and Vette's next year. Looks like it might end up being another easy year for the Vette's if Vici racing doens't get the Murcielago GTR sorted out quick enough.

Im gonna cry. If prodrive leaves, I dont think Ill watch ALMS ever again. The LMP 900 are boring to watch. The GT class is 911GT3, 911GT3, 911GT and GTS will only be left with Vette's. This sucks major nuts.

At least there are rumours that Lamborghini's Murcielago R-GT might be making an appearance in ALMS as well as in some other series. Small comfort, I know, but its something towards which to look forward.
