Default Qualifying Format changed AGAIN!!!!

As of Silverstone, there is yet another new qualifying format:

Two 20min session seperated by a 20min break. Each competitor must complete six laps in each session, with the grid then decided on aggregated times, and teams are free to run whatever fuel they like.

Stupid Freaking FIA.........

Odd for them to have changed the rules mid-way. Welp, thats less excitement for us viewers i suppose; less pressure on the drivers.

i thought htey were always allowed to use any quantity of fuel they wanted?
anyway im not too sure im happy about this, cos this way you'll have drivers obstructing each other on hte track again, so the times wont be as fast as they could be, also some drivers will have less traffic than others, so its not 100% fair.
the FIA should decide what strategy they want and stick to it

gucom: I know what you mean about not 100% fair. I suppose though, it makes it less stressing for the drivers to not have to rely on their performance of the one lap.

With all the 'Shell' allegations about lighter fuel for Ferrari.. it makes me wonder if any 'money laundering' is happening. hmmm...

NOOO!

They get the car back after qualifying so they can fuel how they want.. long/short stints... its up to them

No more compromised qualifying laps... they will be running as light as possible 8)

Idiots. Bloody idiots. They should just go back to the old system. 1 hour qual session and lap as much as you wish as light as you wish!

With 20min sessions everyone will go out at the same time and it will be chaos...
