It has been done earlier this year when Porsche released their new GT3 RSR. 4.0L with individual throttle bodies producing around 450bhp (in spite of the straw-like air restrictors). I'm pretty sure the next (998) GT3 (RS) street car will also have a 4.0L flat six. I remember reading somewhere that that is around the maximum possible capacity of the engine.
The rev-matching autoblipper on this GT3-R is a bit gay though, people should learn how to heel-and-toe.
