You think it is noisy when you're inside because sound proofing is poor compared to other cars, but from the outside it's not that loud for a stock NA sportscar (in my opinion).

2. Can you discribe the sound under 5.800 rpm, when the VTEC doesn't kick in ? (stock)
Cruising at low revs, the stock sound is just like a normal 4 pot engine. Quiet disppointing when you turn the engine on for the first time.

3. Are there things about the ITR that should have been better or that you don't like ?
The fake carbon inserts in the car look horrible, the stock brakes are a bit weak, the tires are not wide enough (205/50 is really better than the stock EUDM 195/55), there 's no oil temp gauge... and that's all.
Thanks for the info, veedub. You have some vids of your wonderfull car ??

I shouldn't really but I always like to say hello to a new person in their language if I speak it.

I'm sure your ITR has more HP than stock. I only got my Saab dyno'd to make sure I was getting the HP from the chip that the supplier claimed - my car is a daily driver also.

The JUN GT surge tank is said to be the best, but cost a lot (more than $2400).

No, I'm afraid I don't even know the name of the anime, I bought it because I found it funny.

ITR are rare in France, so they are quiet overvalued. I saw prices between 10k€ to 14k€.

Thanks mate, I know your topics.
I don't post very often but I read a lot, nearly since the opening of this forum.

Here in the US, most ITRs I have seen have had 60k miles + on them (which is why I didnt buy one here - could find one with low enough mileage for my liking) and the going rate is between $15-$22k.

Considering these cars cost about $25k new here, I'd say they were overvalued as well. You can buy a 2001 330i for under $20k now...

Decent I-GSRs (170hp VTEC 1.8 integra) go for between $11k-$15k.

gis - I saw an S reg (1998) ITR in the UK for GBP 7 grand. It was in Autotrader...

i think i saw that one.was it white with 60k miles?

thats the cheapest i seen one go,the rest are always around the 9-10k area.i guess that guy sellin for 7k didnt realise how much they actually go for,lol

the same witht he EK civic type R,they are kinda rare in the UK,i think i only ever seen 1,most civics i see are the one you had the VTI or the special edition Jordan civic.

but the integra (DC2) is definately pricey, although even if you bought one that been looked after and has 80-90k miles,im sure it still has quite a lot of life in it....bein honda and all

Very nice car man.
There's a kid here at school with a black one like yours that he totally ruined with an exhaust that is too large for a Semi Truck, and he has shitty ass upgrades on the engine , you know the ones that cost $20 from the local auto parts store i.e. Universal. The car is soo low to the ground we have to take the bumper off to get it on the lifts, there are a few Honda/Acura's like that here.
