same insurance company too, except the honda is under my parent's policy and the z06 is on my own now
Weird indeed! $167 a month aint bad.

At your age, in the UK, trying to insure a Monaro (GTO) you'd be looking at $10000 a year

MR2 Turbo (240hp) for me when I was about 27 was 1000 GBP a year (about $1900)
Yup.. insurance in the UK sucks ass.

I'm going to be learning soon, and when i pass, i'll be lucky to get a sub £1900 (that's right - pounds) quote.... on a 1.4 too

You already mentioned it yourself, but I'm going to repeat it: lucky bastard

Sweet ride. The Z06 looks really good in red. Btw, it's nice to see your neighbour's red Z06 in the background and your dad's red 996 C4S. A nice red performance neighbourhood

first impressions

amazing brakes, noisy when ABS is operating unlike my dad's 996, but i think the brakes are more powerful

i can't seem to make the tires produce any noise no matter how fast i go through a corner, no understeer whatsoever

just ridiculous acceleration, ive broken the tires loose like 5 times now, with active handling on, it still lets you get very wild, it doesnt interfere much at all

very comfortable seats, very good gas mileage considering the performance

the turning circle is probably larger than most cars which can be annoying sometimes

im sure the Bose sound system is great, but to be honest i haven't listened to it once because

THAT V8 SOUND IS TO DIE FOR
