Well finally i enjoyed the money with my friends and my Bul will have to wait... maybe in christmast with Noel... LOL !!! And now i have to study for my sptember exams!!! But ive been doing some little things.

First i have move my garage to my grandpas garage!! His house is next to me ( comunicated by a wooden door in the garden ) and they live almost 11 months in Washington DC. Heres a pic of my new work center i took with a cellular phone ( im sorry ops: )

Ive been painting the chassis, this shot was taken while painting.

I have completely finished the carburetor. ( well, have to remove those macaroni ( thats how we say in spain )). im very pleased with this work, seems new!

Also i have been working with the rims, but still need more hours!!

Now im working cleaning the cylinder !!!, the good thing is that its already rectified

And for last i have added a sticker to the front mudguard, do you like ??

My intention was to restore every part and then assemble it, but i have thought that my priority is to know if the Bul works so i think im going to restore those parts that would be complicated to take off, like inside parts, ( electric sistem, air filter carburetor etc..) and things like rims, console, seat etc will be restored after that you have heared his sound ( hope next year¿?¿¿?¿ arghhhhh !! I need a work to have some money but have to study....!! )

Btw, 3 days ago was my 6 months in JW !! half a year!!

==================

Ive finished the chassis

This is a OH SHIT !!!

Now im working with the subchassis
before:
after BlackDecker blast , sand blast and applied my "oxide destroyer".

Here you can see the efects of my oxide destructor, the white liquid is the reaction to Fosforic Acid, when its dry i have to sand blast again, clean the dust ( consecuence of sand...) and buy a new black spray for paint it!!

====================

The other day i had some rides with the Suzuki !!!

A photoshop image I like!!

Now im shaved, no more easy rider look

Well, seems im doing more in this summer than in a year LOL ¡!, anyway, heres another update.

I have finished the subchassis, so i think tomorrow i will assemble all the chassis!!
Subchassis BLASTED and ready for a paint job!!

While painting !!

And finished !!

Also, Ive been working more on the front wheel
This is the left side:

Before/after shots

The other day i went to a old ( very old ) motorcycle shop and I had the lucky to find JOINTS!! ( not of weed LOL ! )

And for last, finally my red seat !!

Btw all those parts on chasis that keeps a little of black paint its cause that parts are very well “sticked” ( dont know how to say correctly) and the Black&decker POWA couldnt with it ( well if im doing 5 mins yes....).

time for fuel tank!! Dont have painted it yet, im not sure with the colours, i have the idea ( as youll see in a picture later ) but dont know what colours, HELP MEEE Ideas will be very much appreciated!!

 First Sand!

My friend "Paker" showing me the technic!!

There were three kind of colours... many hours sanding...

Sanding time

 FIBERGLASS
After sand have to cover little pores, little scratches...

completely "fiberglassed"

Fiberglass sanded!!

and finally
 THE BIG PORE ( you can see a picture in the update before these one)

sand again, but carefully, and theres no more pore and the tank is almost new

The way im going to paint, 2 colours, one the tank and the other the stripes. DO YOU HAVE AN IDEA !!! TELL ME!!

Well, now im working in the side covers, i was sanding and suddenly realized what was the strange word under the paint layer... COOOOOL !!!

Also you can see a little bit of "light blue". that was a colour test, obviously was fail!!

Enjoy !!

Edit: Anyone having problems uploading with imageshack ?? its insane for me try to upload 20 times a picture!! :bad-words:
