LOL, that's fast !!
Note that it's the 60th pole of MS , only 3 from Senna's record
Sato is second, best qualify for any japanese any time
Sorry to be pedantic here but he needs 6 more poles to beat Senna

The final qualifying is out. The time between 1st (shuey) and 2nd (Sato) is wicked - a full 6 tenths!
Looks like the BAR's have changed their strategy around, i'm just not so confident that they'll be battling shuey directly - the honda's have been known to use up way more fuel then the likes of others. I think the fight for 2nd to 6th is going to be awesome (theres a mclaren in there!). I just don't see why rubens is so comparatively slow to shuey.
Rubens drove a smooth lap without any mistakes - he must be going one stop less than Shumi

Don't forget the Renault's at the start.
I think at the first corner it will be,

1 Jarno Trulli
2 Michael Schumacher
3 Takuma Sato
4 Fernando Alonso
5 Kimi Räikkönen
6 Jenson Button
Quite possible unless there is a fender bender at the start... Sato is on the dirty side so his start might not be as quick as expected. Schumi will be looking in his mirrors to block Trulli any which way he can

Ferrari don't have such a good car. Maybe Michael is doing all the work not the car.

Ferrari may not have the best car on the first lap, but they definitely have the best car when the tires are warm. Even at Monaco, Ferrari is easily the fastest

It's always interesting to compare the pecking order from qualifying with post race pecking order based on the fastest lap of each driver under raceconditions ...

Even when you take Schoey out of the equasion the difference between Ferrari & BAR in race-trim with the rest of the field is mindblowing
