yeah, I say Minacious and myself should fly out there, with our bikes of course... and try to hold up with some F1 cars. *buying plane ticket now*

HAHA the F1 cars and all the other Ferraris will be at the modern F1 track. The Nordschleife is open to the public as always, but the meeting has nothing to do with it

BTW, here is the time table for the day:

http://www.swisscarsightings.net/tem...e%20Friday.doc

Basically the afternoon they will re-do what they did in the morning.. so if everything goes as planned, I will take pics as quick as possible both on track and in the paddocks and be able to move to the NS around 2 or 3 pm.

I plan to be there a bit before 9 am.. something like 8 would be cool.. but hard to plan when you need to drive 600 km!

Then as said, in the afternoon I will go lap the NS and when done, back home.

What about you Wut?

I just wonder if it's best to meet up ouside in the parking areas for instance or wait for 9 or 10 am once we will be inside the paddocks and select a given point.. but I am overstressing for the simplest of things

@wuttputt: where do you live in beligium? north, south?

i'm there this saturday and could try to find ourselves a place tomeet which is easy to find for you guys..

There will be a lot of people, so the paddocks will prolly not be the best place, unless they are huge.

BTW, another question, is the part from Strasbourg (France), going up toward Ulmen derestricted somewhere?

And I can't wait to have a rendezvous point as I told you already in Ulmen near the Autobahn exit for instance *hint*

I live about 30 km east of Brussels. Normally I drive via Aachen and go south at Kerpen. And then there are a few options: a) go south at the next big Autobahn intersection which leads me to an Autobahn that stops at a certain point and than some B-roads to the ring. b) Follow the Autobahn to Koblenz and take an exit when I'm at ring level and drive some 20 km on normal roads to the ring. c) Drive to Koblenz and take the Autobahn to Trier (it's the A48 I guess) until the ring exit and rive some 10 km on B-roads to the ring.

I really don't know which is the fastest possibility. And I can't remember the road I chose the last time I went to the ring.

i never drovethe A1 from saarbrücken to trier, i don't know if theres a limit.

but who cares? if you see the police just slow down to 180 and when you passed them accelerate again..
