Since Hong Kong "went" back to China in 1997......all the major firms moved to Dubai

because of the "free" taxation....

Most of the multinational companies asian headquarters located in Dubai......

There is no such category as a 7-star hotel, the highest category is 5-star either in North/South America or 5 hotel rating from Michelin for Europe, unless they are making up the star rating themselves. Even in Las Vegas, there is only one 5-star hotel only about 4, 5 star hotels in New York City.

I just checked their website and they even say that it is a 5-star deluxe hotel not a 7-star hotel.
