840hp with those aerodynamics probably won't get it to 215mph.

Nice car though.

Well the M5 supposedly could do 205mph delimited with 500hp so an extra 340hp, it may not be too far off 215mph. Especially when considering that a tuning company like that would probably slightly exaggerate their figures. I just wonder how driveable the engine will actually be. Getting 365hp per litre has to cause a huge amount of turbo lag one would presume, although I don't suppose that will really matter to the target demographic.

Unfortunately on the note of looks I have to agree that it is pretty shocking.

^^^indeed SUPPOSEDLY could do 205 mph but that`s only an estimate , maybe you could go 200mph with modified gear ratios and so on , but I doubt .

back on topic , that car wasn`t designed from the begining with such a speed in mind , so if you put a huge turbine and a front splitter doesn`t mean you have a car for 210mph+ , plus the aero work

The car would look nice if it was black. That color is really horrible. :x

I hadn't even noticed it only had 2 doors. If it's shorter than the original maybe the handling isn't so good

Those 841bhp are really impressive with such a little engine. Norris seems to be really good on every car they do, but those 215mph seems a bit high to me. I'm pretty shure this car doesn't have the best aerodynamics and with that weight it would be very very dangerous at that speed.

The drag resistance is proportional to velocity squared....so 340hp isn't much.

Alot of high powered Skylines in japan having trouble breaking 210mph becoz of this, all those extra body work and FM Intercooler is transforming the car into a highspeed brickwall. This Evo would fall into the same fate for all I see.

I wonder just how much boost they push through the engine to get that much power and how often they need to rebuild it

ugly, but some psycho numbers. I can't imagine the AWD launch that thing would get with all that power...
I wonder how it'd perform around a circuit?

Simon Norris is far from an underground nerd. I dont think it need to be reminded that he makes some of the most powerfull Lancer evolutions in the world, even the jap tuners cant top his cars.

From his site...
Where do you go for your Evo tuning? Below are some of the achievements from Norris Designs to help you make up your mind;

First UK Evo Quarter Mile In The 11's
First UK Evo Quarter Mile In The 10's
First UK Evo Quarter Mile In The 9's
Soon To Be In The 8's ???

First & Only Worldwide Evo Over 200Mph
First UK Evo Sub 3 Sec 0-60Mph
First UK Evo Sub 6 Secs 0-100Mph

What more do you need to know!!!
