i used to be with an isp that had limits. couldn't stand it, so i paid $30/month more to get unlimited dl and speed. i'm waiting fr that day when australians can buy big fat pipes for dirt cheap prices. but i'd prolly be dead by then

mine works good but the upload find itselfs always at 95 - 98 %

Same here.. Although Offices got the limited bandwith usage over here and they can't get out of it.
