Default Dingo's collection (August 30 - Ferrari F430)

This is my (small) collection of 1:18 models, will be getting another 1 or maybe 2 on Friday. I’m not sure whether to go for the ‘cheaper’ models like Hot Wheels and Maisto or go for AutoArt….which cost about double as much, what do you guy’s suggest?

The pics aren’t the greatest but you get the general idea.
My shitty attempt at making them look life size in an outdoor environment:

Carrera GT

Enzo:

Then my parents cat (shot these at their house last weekend) decided to join in on the fun:

Maisto F50:

Diablo SE30 Jota:

Murcielago:

And finally a group shot:

The pics outside are nice! And cars are sooo funny they seem to always pop up when you take pics of something

As for the Hotwheels vs Autoart question, my suggestion is to go with Autoart or Kyosho.. sure with the same model you could buy 2x or even 3x cheaper ones, but I'd rather have a single good model than 3 not-so-good ones

Dingo22 Ill tell you what i believe. Its better to have 1 high quality model rather than having 2/3 Hot Wheels/Buraggo/Maisto quality models. And its even better to save money for a couple of handbuilts(1/43 scale).. They may cost a lot, but handbuilts give you a different kind of pleasure when you collect them. So id suggest you to save your money and buy Autoart/Kyosho 1:18 models. With this way your collection is going to be smaller but richer.

Thanks for your thoughts TT and Mr. Vercetti, I think I will try and stay with Autoart.....none of the shops around here seem to have any Kyosho models.
I would really like to get an extensive Ferrari collection though, but Autoart doesn't make them so for the Ferrari's I'm stuck with Maisto/Buraggo.

Thanks guys, got myself an AutoArt 1:18 Gallardo today.....very nice. I compared it with a Maisto side by side and its just so much nicer, especially the interior which even has the floor mats/carpet. The only problem with it is that the engine cover doesn't seem to stay open by itself, which is a shame.
I will get some pics of it on the weekend hopefully.

I actually noticed the shop does have some Kyosho models, but not many. They have a couple of very nice Countach's, then there is an AutoArt M3 CSL and Miura in orange which I also want.
