Default Sport auto test awd

The latest issue of SA , has a test with various awd cars

The test was made on a snowy track , divised in 3 distinct areas , to test different characteristics of the cars : i think the first was about grip and awd system efficiency , other was about agility , and the last one i don`t know

yeah...so...why am i finding it rather hard to believe a porsche C4S is that much slower (or slower at all) than an alfa brera or a Golf R32... i really dont see a 997 C4S being almost 10secs slower than a R32 on a 1:40 min lap...

same here, but the reason could be the weight distrution of the Porsche. On a track it's not such a big disadvantage anymore and you can even use it to trow the car into the corner, but on the snow, that's a different story.

Still, the results are quite different to what one should expect. Never thought a R32 would do so good.

BTW: the article scans would be very nice!!!!
