Default Monitor questions.. blurry

my last acer 22inch lcd had a blurry problem
and now my new samsung has the same problem

basically
it seems like both monitor have like invisible verticle lines, and on thoses lines the screen is not clear, and is clearly visible when you type or have cursor rite on it

anyone haveing the same problem
?

could it be the res.? make sure that its in its native res.

enable "cleartype" in the "effects" section when you right click on the desktop.

it turns out it was the resoulution setting

i wasnt running 1680x 1050
