yes thats a condition when by consumption of simple sugar, sugar in different types of drinks, sweets, carbohydrates(douhnuts, bread, all types of potatos, white rice and others wich increase level of sugar in blood) you abuse your insulin to the level that your body can take control over you eating more and more of simple sugars, drinks, sweets so you cannot stop eating or you are always hungry its almost as a drugs addiction... the end of this circle is diabetes.
It can be changed thou by changing your menu, nothing drastic, no starving or eating tastless low fat food.. just avoiding some type of food the rest you can eat as much you want.
I lost 10kg(5pounds?) in 2 months and dont have this sick feeling in the morning after having a cofee with couple of douhnuts, as they say its a stage 1 of 3 of having diabetes.
If anyone is interested its in a book by Dr.Ray D. Strand - Healthy for life where its all explained whats happening and how its possible to change, i deffinitly can recomend it if you have an overweight or risk of diabetes.
