i'm not gonna click the link but i have a pretty good idea of what it might be. my friend claudia grew up in china and spent a lot of time in taiwan and said those kinds of dishes are very popular in those regions of the orient. i don't quite remember what it's called but it's nothing more than just meat, made like sausages are made. we think it looks disgusting, they think it tastes great.
