sounds great!

I can't wait to see this.

The new longer format was really needed.

And I hope they leave out all the crap that founf it's way on to the show last year....

Wow...probably the very first V8 Vantage review on TV, hope they gave Tiff that job. Is sounds like a good start to the season (no sign of crash tests), let's hope it will stay that way.

I sure hope that they give Tiff the job.. By the way anybody read what JC said about the AMV8.. He said something along line that it is a very very loud car..

Really a good start. And it gets even better.

2/10

Tiff Needell drives a Williams Formula 1 Grand Prix car; Jason Plato gets a world's first test-drive in the £380,000 Pagani Zonda F; Jon Bentley investigates killer signposts; Vicki Butler-Henderson races a classic Evo 6 against the very latest Evo 9; and Tom Ford hunts 4x4-hater Ken Livingstone in the new Lexus Hybrid off-roader.

apart from the Jon bentley bit, but we can fast forward through that sounds like they are trying to be more like top gear, lots of fun sounding features

Sounds like a good show, but i wasn't that big a fan of the last series... about 23mins of show split into 5mins track action, 10mins talking/driving slowly and 8mins yapping on about competitons or featuring Jon Bentley

Fingers crossed eh?? The Vantage feature had better be good

really happy they have an hour slot.. last season just wasnt enough!

i'd rather see car testing experiements than JC, Hamster and that other dude bitch about which car is "coolest"

plus Tiff is the man! i'm already eager to see the 2nd episode

im almost 100% sure that Tiff will be testing the Aston v8 vantage, since he loves porsches, and it is aiming right for that marque

thanks for the updates on show content, and apart from the bit on 'killer signposts' (WTF?) it looks like a couple great episodes

Not that i will watch the sign post feature, but i'm guessing its the way that roadsigns are so unforgiving if you crah into one, much like lamp posts

well i'm willing to bet that they make a fair bit from each contest so i doubt they will go, still if they use it for cool features i won't complain about a few mins per ep being used for that

Sounds great, apart from the killer signpost. Didn't we had a killer lamp post feature in the last series? What's next? Killer traffic lights, killer trees, killer curbs?
