the plane in the third and the fifth pic are abt 6 feet 3 inches long .....
i used MAX Zoom 4OX to get them on the view finder ..

Do you have to have a licence? I know you can only fly them in certain places in the UK.

at the beginning it is, but after somoene explains u i bet ull get the hang of it, but the landing requires more time, the helicopter is hard! u got so many controld that do many differnt things, just to keep it steady its hard

They used to have these demonstrations of airplanes in my country, but now its hard to get the special gas there (since there is no ocean entry). Price for RC gas was way up and they now decided not to buy anymore. Too bad =/.

here in the states (at least local hobbie shops) its about 12$ per gallon of nitro methane.. and thats whats required for those tiny engines to run. my older brother used to have a few (now all sold) no licence needed here... but every time people gather to fly them, you usually see one or 2 crash. some of those times, the people who crash them just sell them fairly cheap (minus the motor).. then you just re-build it
