All exterior pics are taken with a circ polarizer.
I was a bit worried cause it seems my filter is a bit dirty but it doesn't show on the pics.
I got this slight oily shine on the inside of the filter and cleaning it doesn't help much. What do you guys use to clean them?
Those wet tissues Wutputt mentioned are an option indeed. Although some people say that these are only preferable to use for cleaning your glasses and not for lenses or filters. Reason being is, that these liquids which come with the tissues might affect your lens or filter. It might affect the layers of coating on your glasswork I prefer using the "Hama" blowing tool and if that isn't enough I damp the filter with my breath and clean it with a soft tissue.
It's amazing to see how many coatings new filters and lenses carry these days, and they do have a purpose for sure so I don't want to run the risk to affect them.

Cheers

Wet tissues aren't a good idea IMO! There are some of them out there that every now and then are too "agressive" and able indeed to completely fuck the coating! Not good! And sometimes it's just one of them out of a perfect box which is someway "fucked up". better not to use them and just use a microfiber one, usually there is not even the neet to damp the lense, but for some of the hardest job, you can do it too...
