Default Colleague from work buying a Z4 (photos)

A colleague of mine has been looking to buy a convertible, and it seems like he's found his car. A 3 liter Z4, pretty much loaded and in perfect condition. He'll most likely pick it up by the end of the month.

Here's a few pics:

We drove it (not the first time I drove a 3.0) and since it was priced quite agressively and had no apparent problems, he signed the papers.

Well, let's hope him safe travels

All the best to his new purchase! I'm sure he'll have many happy miles in it

I take it its used? If it is, then it looks like new. I also love the color!

BTW, does this mean you'll be allowed to drive sometime

heīll love it itīs a very very fine car - my wife used to have a 3ltr Z4 for some time and we both enjoyed it, itīs just the perfect relaxing car for the weekend but also good as a daily driver

but that (boring) grey wouldnīt be my fav. choice

cheers to Chris Bangle for such a brave and outstanding design

It's second hand, with about 20k miles on the engine. It's just over 2 years old and the selling price is approximately half of what it was worth new. Basically, Z4 prices are dropping like dead flies... not many people like the styling (I do, I think it's bold and masculine).

I've already driven all engine iterations of the Z4, so it's not a big deal if he decides to lend the car to me again in the future (although I won't say no, it's a good cruiser ).

I guess if TT want an "in depth", he can always ask my colleague to take him for a spin during lunch time a few month from now (I'm not much good for in depth reviews, and TT's photos are much better then mine).
