When I log on to JW and click "posts made since last visit", about half of the topics I see are from the red hot babes section... Apparently some of you guys need that extra stimulation to keep yourselves warm in winter.

Like all of you, I like beautiful women, especially when naked, but I have the feeling it's going a bit overboard lately. This is a car forum with the red hot babes sections as a very welcome bonus. This balance seems to be shifting, which I think is bit of a shame.

Just my 2 cents...

maybe you shoudl talk to dani about this since he seems to be the one doing the posting

i for one don't mind seeing one or two new girls a day. I mean, it is winter and racing season is done for the most part so that eliminates alot of news and discussion. and there's only so much you can argue about the Ford GT recall

normally when i'm on JW the posting is slow because only leeches are on and don't reply to anything, so waiting for one of those uber-posts to load is kind of a nice way to break up the montony 8)

My comment is mainly aimed at the fact that some members mostly seem to post (and I'm not talking about Dani here, because he's very active overall) in the babes sections instead in any of the others. Not that I think it's as bad as there's harm to that, but I think those people don't fully understand what JW is really about.

My only objective is to state that I have the feeling that the focus is shifting and I was wondering if more people felt that way. Not, so far, I guess.

Yes, I realised the same thing today. At one time about 80% of the "lastest topics" in the left frame of the page where names of porno stars/celebs. I come here to chat about cars but sometimes all car related topics are frozen

When I have the need for porn I use p2p porgrammes.

i think it might be a bunch of 13 year olds that realized there were free naked chicks on the forum

they're probably posting because they want vault access thinking there's more free porn in there

This place is obviously more than just a Car Forum. It has many facets, and to be honest the Diversity here is what keeps me coming back. I think most posters would agree that they feel more comfortable posting in sections where they feel most comfortable, so if thats the Ladies section then thats where they'll post most often.

In my opinion, if JW was only a car forum it'd be a much less interesting place indeed. So Stradale, think of the ladies section as a mere topping on the pizza that is JW. And try to appreciate the diverstity going on here, while not bothering to stress over things that are completely out of your control anyway.

Just be 8)

That's exactly what I said in my original post. It's a very welcome bonus to the forums.
My point is that recently it seems the babes sections have become the major attraction to certain members. That is not in line with what I call the spirit of JW. That's what I'm trying to get across here. The guy making threads out of every link found on hoes.ca is a good example.

And my point is; you should be thanking him. There is no "line of JW" there are many... which is why the Girls forum exists in the first place. If some people just come for the hoe's than so be it, if you just come for cars, great! Etc etc. It takes all sorts to make an effective and rewarding forum. Perhaps your beef would be better suited for Jabba, TT, or other administrative people...? Thats all I'm saying.
