Thats right, it has a h22a7. This is not the same engine that the prelude has. This engine has originally 212hp
I,ve seen a few accord R in the states, but that's imports....?

Thanks
The usa accord coupe is a nice car, i've thought about building one. Too bad the major styling\tuning companies just make products for the usa models. It's almost impossible to get parts for euro hondas....

The integra is more a racer then the accord, no doudt....
This is my third accord, it's a little more all around then a Interga. Integra was also in my plans, but as i said before; Norway is VERY expensive.....

my parents just bought the new american accord. i was hoping they go for the japanese version. the american is just butt ugly, typical of american stylists. the only good thing about it is the powerful engine. it produces 240hp same as the s2000 but still i think it will be a slouch like the previous american accord.

Accord-rs? never heard of it, maybe it's something like the Type-S(mostly prelude since there never was an prelude Type-R)
Sticker tuning, adds about 30hp

The closest thing we get to a Euro Accord, albeit the new one, is the Acura TSX. Lovely car it is too, although with the advent of the forthcoming Civic Type R (finally making its way to the States) here's hoping they will bring a hotted-up TSX variant too. TSX Type-S perhaps? Tasty.
