Default How did the Scott Peterson trial attract so much attention?

I may be dumb but for the life of me I just can't figure out how Scott
Peterson's trial attracted so much attention. It just doesn't seem to
make any sence. what is it that made this trial so interesting to the
american people? And how did it get so much publicity in the first
place?

Sad story this one; hits on the "how and why could he do it?" part of the human psyche.
And the media love a sordid tale of deception, adultery, murder; they are like a pack of wolves.

Scroll to the bottom, be warned that some content may be disturbing, descriptive depictions of crime scene etc.

Death is too good for this bastard IMO.

Humans seem to be facinated with murderers, why i have no idea Charles Manson, John Wayne Gacy, The Green River Killer; the list goes on. it;s gone on for centuries (Jack the Ripper). It;s not going to end anytime soon either i'm afraid. Not as long as the media is allowed to get a hold of police scanners and get into courtrooms.

I try and avoid following murder trials and cases like this. The more people that follow it, the more they get covered. It's true what they say, "the victim's name is the first to be forgotten".

I do however find shows like CSI (Las Vegas..Miami sucks) and the Forensic files to be interesting as hell. I can't believe how they can find tiny carpet fibers or hairs in a field or a ginormous room. all their tests and techniques are cool as hell 8)

exacley that, emotions release chamicals into the human body, and thoes chamicals are incredibley addictive, and when ever we have exposure to recieve these emotions, we become very obsessed.

just look at soap oprah's TV shows like the OC..

all display emotions in the shows that release these chemicals.
