Nice!
From the front the R8 looks more aggressive, but overall imo, the Gallardo wins on the looks. Can’t wait to see the R8 in person.

I know it depends on personal taste, but I think the R8 looks better than the Gallardo after you've seen it in person. It does look very aggressive and the curves on it are just right. The Gallardo looks kinda dated now, with that angular shape and all. The Spyder's still very pretty though. But the R8's prettier. As for the performance, it's only a matter of time before Audi sticks in a W12 in it or something.

wow, awesome pics :shocked!: But I'm with dani, id take the Gallardo given the money out of those cars, but given any choice it would be the F430

Yes, I agree the Gallardo needs an update, but I can point out few details on the R8 that could be improved as well.
there is no doubt that they will up the power in the R8, but I think it will only happen after they up the power in the Gallardo.

R8 looks great it's one of those cars that don't appeal to me at first but grow on me quickly the more pictures i see like the 599 GTB. I can't wait for the v10 version of this.

The R8 must be a great car, but i'd stick with the Gallardo... It's much better looking than the R8 IMO.

Now, with the upcoming F430CS almost here... it's time for Lamborghini to develop a 550hp RWD SV version of the Gallardo, updating also the styling - and it's then when the R8 will get the V10 engine of the regular Gallardo
|
But.. Audi doesn't know how to make a RWD car :bah: Anyway it would be really cool.
That Gallardo looks great with those wheels !!

I actually think the R8 is better looking. Both cars are impressive though. Brilliant pics! Thanks!
