Default M DCT - M3 Double CLutch Transmission Promo Video

Here's a little promo video from BMW (not the music) about their new transmission for those of you who were wondering. Also I know this video is mostly made to sell rather than to be informative, but it should give you an idea until the real reviews and specs come out.

BMW's official release of the M3 Coupe and Sedan are this weekend March 8th, expect more M-DCT reviews coming after that.

That's a pretty cool idea for a vid. Too bad they chose a poserish convertible. Good find.

Thanks for posting.. Cool vid considering it was designed promotionally. Looking forward to seeing the car in the flesh.

Edit: You mentioned official release for the coupe is the 8th March? Do you mean convertible?

no, I meant in North America.

A few people already have the car in the NA, but thats because BMW doesnt really care at this point. test cars for dealers and the official release of M3 in NA is on the 8th.

Wow, I had no idea. Sorry for the confusion.

I had seen the M3 on the roads here in Australia for a while, maybe 3 months or so. Usually we are waaaaay behind you guys in the US in new car deliveries, so I just assumed. My bad
