Default Americas Army

Any AA players out there?

I had totally forgottne about this title - and it still seems to be going strong.

You don't get more realistic than an unlimited budget developer with full access to all the hardware and compute power the world has to offer

[edit] - you telling me we have no 1st person shooter military game fans on JW?

That's hard to believe.

I played this game when it was first released (bout 3-4 years ago).. I think it was still in beta.

Looks like it's grown into a pretty popular "game". I wonder how many kids they've actually recruited through this..

Almost ended up working for them... Uses the second iteration of the Unreal engine, but haven't been keeping tabs on it in the past few years. I wonder if they'll be upgrading to the new engine?
