Nope - its a JW owned moment - because it also owns all those Apple loving tards that like to claim that Apple is the choice of the great artists of the world and the only way to go blah blah blah -- and here you have an artist showing that the REAL creative work is done on a Windows box

Looks like you just pwned yourself

Did you even watch the video posted I am guessing you are not very attentive to details and did not notice the stylish starbucks poserlishous apple laptop for the "image" effect, and then the Windows PC to do work on??

Here I thought according to all the apple zealouts there is no need for a Windows PC, because all high end work has to be done one an Apple...

I have a Mac G4 laptop, and its a way more stable platform. no spyware, no bugs, etc. runs a lot smoother and cooler (temp) then a PC.

Sure it does... I mean it's not like you can a do a lot with it - right?

Let's be honest, what do you actually use it for? No - really.. other than IM's, MP3/MPG playing and browsing the web (web browsing is equal to email these days - nobody seems to use a mail client any more ) - what do you do on it?

I know that's pretty much all the PC's at home get used for - and maybe the occasional game.

The work PC is used to run some utils to manage servers and type the odd word document and read email...

Well some people just don't need to do more on it. A PC is more of a work tool probably for programmers and what not, but if you don't need to do all that, then the Mac would probably be a better choise because it's more stable.
I do everything but games.........i have a 10K software package, that i got for 500 legally. I am a graphic designer. PCs that run windows are just for what you said the basic stuff. you can't get a 500 buck Mac. and look at the benchtests online Macs are at the top if not the top.

Just because software costs 10K doesn't mean its needs heavyweight processing - as pointed out in the thread I posted - the "artist" uses a Windows system to do the ehavy weight stuff.

All the meaningful bits of graphics design software are available for Windoze these days anyway... Macs are just over priced and overhype... period
