The Zonda’s drag coefficient hits 0.40-plus.

What!!! how is that so, how does it hit 205-220 mph with that much drag, even the f50 didnt have that much i think it was 0.37-0.38 and it only hit 202. Now the Zonda has less then 50 more horses then the F50 513hp-550hp and more drag. Maybe that drag quote of >0.40cd was when the wings were at max downforce?? still how much could the rear wing make a difference would it put the car down to 0.32-0.34 from all the way over 0.40 when on minimum downforce?? it doesnt look like the slipperiest car out there thats for sure

Two beautiful cars...but I think I would take the Zonda, just that little bit more exotic. 8)

Well, its a convertible, and that gives it a lot of drag, I'm sure the F50's quoted topspeed of 202mph is with the hardtop on. I don't know if that .38 you quote for the F50 is with the top on or off, it seems high, so maybe with the top off? Just speculating.

Another thing to consider, when evo did a topspeed test of a whole bunch of cars they had trouble getting the hardtop version of the Zonda over 200mph...so maybe those Pagani numbers are just pie in the sky...

Damn, now if I were to have that kind of money, I think I would go for the Zonda because of its MB engine 8)

But there is a huge difference in price, so maybe I would go for the Murci.

Anyway I don't have that kind of money(right now....lol), and I don't like roaders that much, coupés are much more better looking and performing.

a007apl,

I had heard that Romario, a soccer player, has a Murcielago.

So our country has something like 5 Lambos at all.

To be honest i think the zonda's engine sounds freaking awesome!!! of course the lamborghini sounds awesome too, but its just something about the zonda's sound does it for me. But i love my lamborghini's, so i'll pick the murceilago roadster...it looks wicked with the rear air vents opened while driving don't you's reckon?

thanks for the link a007apl .. both is a great car, but even thou the murc 0 to 60 time is slower 0.1 sec and more heavy than the Zonda .. I still pick the Murc .. it's the style that counts
