I love the sound of vinyl My dad used to be a square dance caller (i never got into it, thought it was for a bunch of stuffy adults and nerds) and he used vinyl for his dances so i kind of grew up with the sound.

He has about 25-30 old vinyls and i'm hoping i get them at some point

at last somebody that doesn't do the DJ thingy, admits likes vinyls. Even more with young guys.

not a vinyl head because my dad always had the things that I liked. hhmm, let me remember, 5 years ago he cleaned up and counted them. He had 500, but he could have more if 20 years ago the store where he was, didn't came down because of a fire

you are not a serious collector... you are a speculator. That's what I told many friends whom just bought comics books to resell them after a while

but I must say that I also tried to bought the first printing of any comic, so I'm also guilty

well call me what you will, speculator. Feel that 1st pressing are like time machines. just listening to them make you feel like a kid in 1971 or something

I have never sold a record once in my 7 or so years of 'diggin'

speculator speculator!! I'm gonna sell you some records from the 70's, special edition for mexico
it's good to read that you don't sell your records. But for now we're waiting some photos of your collection.

btw... which are your most valuable (sentimental, monetary, etc) records? Some special editions? gifts? a record you found in a garage sale?

ok so here are some quick shots...
well my self of my the main stuff...
every zep album, 1/2 the sabbath, some deep purple, and the solo zep stuff from plant and page.

and the last ozzy with randy on it

crate #1, it has the other half of the sabbath and ozzy stuff in it, and some other great stuff to much to list
here is a pic of my signed moxy album (moxy was a great canadian rock band)

Bonham - great hair bandy style music, from Jason Bonham (son of you know who)

crate #2 Hendrix, clapton, cream, wings, lennon, the who, and lots of southern rock

what was next to my player ... well some more southern rock (you just have to listen to it in the summer ), point blank, black foot, with a cream topping , prob some budgie under there too...

some fav. blue cheer, great album (their first) name naming them one of the first if not the first heavy metal band, out dating sabbath by 4+ years...

iron maiden
number of the beast pic disc very cool, in about 5 years this might be worth $100 (not that I am going to sell it ) it is mint

I can make a quick list of what I have in a few min. if you want, and you can pick and choose what to see any of them in HQ of course

what Bruce Dickinson was the singer for Iron Maiden what is so bad about that, he has a great voice and amazing writing and he unlike most people in music has an amzing mind and loves to learn more, he loves trains and planes but now I am just running away....

any way off to bed
